How We Work

We are full service homebuilders and remodelers. We offer many services not normally found in a building company. There are many steps to take before the actual construction takes place. You will find these steps in “Before You Build”.

When you are ready to start construction, we have several systems that will guide us through this exciting phase. These systems are found in  “Construction Phase”

Homeowner’s Handbook

We have developed a manual to help guide you through each step of the pre construction and actual building process. We will go over this with you in detail. This handbook will familiarize you with the many steps of the building process such as estimating, contracts, selections, change orders, allowances and job closeout. It will also provide a place for you to keep track of much more of the information we supply to you or that you gather as the project progresses. A sample of this Handbook is available in our office for review.
