This contemporary 5600 square foot building houses the first Montessori school in northern San Luis Obispo County and is a fine example of our quality construction. Located on a two and a half acre creek side site and shaded by hundred-year-old oak trees, it contains a bright, high-ceilinged entry foyer which opens on to classrooms, a central kitchen, offices, staff room, library, art room and music room. Parents and staff have created a coffee shop within the compound to meet and socialize. Beautifully landscaped outside environments are accessible out of every door. The school serves about 100 children aged 18 months to 12 years, and a staff of about 15. Ample open spaces, abundant daylighting, tasteful color schemes and child-height windows create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children and adults alike. |
